Hosea 4:6 is very clear that the Church n its Ministers' today LACK the UNDERSTANDING of the "WILL" of GOD; especially HIS end-time PURPOSE; the FINAL SANCTIFICATION, PURIFICATION or CLEANSING of the Church to have a HOLY Bride.
